What’s this?

Something to Chew on was born as a 2-episode podcast project I had to complete during my senior year of college (unashamedly sharing it with you here if you’re curious, be kind it was a long time ago!) The name stuck with me, and I knew one day I’d play around with it some more.

I have been a registered dietitian now for the past few years and have been growing tired of only talking to patients in session about food and health. I grew anxious and knew I needed to find another outlet, a more creative one.

The name came to me again as I showered one day and Ta-Da! Welcome to the Something to Chew on Newsletter, where we’ll explore food, nutrition and all things in between, in an easily digestible format made for people like you.

By subscribing you’ll be supporting my attempt to get writing again (thank you in advance). You’ll get the chance to interact with like-minded individuals and become part of a community of people looking to learn more about nutrition, food, and health.
